Trail Running in Our Neck of the Woods (PHOTOS)

This Saturday, we went for a nice run with some friends on our trails. We are so lucky to have trails like this is our area, they go on for miles and miles, and are especially beautiful this time of year with all the foliage. We decided to bring a camera because it's so nice out there! Check out the photos below:

Last week, we had a group of about 17 runners on the trails.

Stay tuned for our Halloween pics later in the week!

I am so jealous. I don't have anywhere like that to run. It's just me too so I can't venture off alone in too many places. I think I need to come visit :)

Oh I LOVE it! Hope to make it out there some time and you can show me around. :)

Awesome trails! You are so lucky to have those. A lot of the ones around here have lots of roots that can be tricky and cause you to trip and fall.

Those are some beautiful open trails! ours are so narrow and technical, great training, but sometimes hard to just relax and enjoy it all! greta pics and love the gaiters!

That is just so beautiful! Lovely running and great gaiters!

I hope I see both of you at Comrades in 2013. It is worth it.

that looks like so much fun!

BTW www.runningskirts.com makes skirts that are longer than the ones I wear. I wear the "running skirt" style, the "athletic skirt" style is a bit longer. And keep in mine I'm 5'11 so everything looks short on me.

HOW beautiful.

Just amazing. Nothing like that here. Well, nothing in less than a 3 hour drive.

Gorgeous trails, sooo many trees (I'm tree-less in Co, unless it's pine trees). Love your ankle covers :).
